Eat Ozzo × Another Whisk.
Sydney's most talked-about pastry kitchen, dropped daily at our Marrickville counter. Croissants, kouign-amann, and whatever the team is obsessed with that week.

Pastries, live every day, in Marrickville.
Another Whisk is a small Sydney pastry kitchen with a cult following: laminated doughs, slow ferments, the kind of butter ratio that ruins other croissants for you.
We share a kitchen with them on Chapel Street. They bake at dawn; their pastries land in our cabinet from opening; they sell out by lunch most days. No bookings, no waitlist. Just turn up to the cafe and grab one with your coffee.

Three things worth turning up for.
The line-up rotates with the season and the bakers' mood. Three that you'll see on most weeks:
- The croissant. 72-hour cold-proof, French butter, the kind of crack you can hear from across the room.
- The kouign-amann. Caramelised on the outside, layered on the inside. The reason you came.
- The weekly special. Sometimes Danish, sometimes morning bun, sometimes a savoury experiment. Always limited. Always worth it.
Cabinet refills happen through the morning. By 1pm the choice gets narrow. By 2pm it's espresso-only territory.

Another Whisk: pastry, properly.
Another Whisk is one of Sydney's most respected small pastry teams, known for laminated dough technique, butter sourcing, and the discipline to not scale. They bake what they bake, then they stop.
Follow @anotherwhisk on Instagram for the daily drop. They post the morning's cabinet most days. Sold out by the time you scroll? Try again tomorrow.
