Eat Ozzo Pyrmont: harbourside wood-fired sandwiches & coffee
72-hour fermented sandwiches and specialty coffee by the harbour.
The Sydney harbourside brunch café locals keep coming back to
Five minutes from the harbour, two from Pyrmont Bay light rail. The morning crew is half local, half commuter, half ICC suit — the maths add up after the second espresso.
Doors open 7am everyday. Ozzo's out of the oven by 7:30am. The coffee's faster than the queue suggests.
Harbourside brunch café in Pyrmont
The counter sits right on the water, three minutes' walk from The Star, six from Darling Harbour, eight from the Sydney Lyric Theatre, and a short stroll from the Australian National Maritime Museum. Close enough for a pre-show dinner; far enough that you can hear yourself think.

What makes us a standout Pyrmont café
We're built around one stubborn opinion: bread should taste like bread. Our Ozzo dough is fermented for 72 hours, long enough for the wheat to actually speak, then baked fresh to order. The fillings come second. Pepe Saya butter. Iggy's flour. Sydney tomatoes from a friend with dirt under his nails.
Italian sandwiches, specialty coffee, served all day
The menu sits on three legs: Ozzos (our 72-hour fermented sandwich), pizzini (folded Italian street-style pizzas), and bowls. Plus a coffee programme built around Five Senses single-origins and a matcha bar locals quietly insist is the best in the harbour pocket. See the whole menu →

One Saturday a month, we stay open for dinner
Saturday Supperis the cafe's monthly long-table dinner: twenty seats, one menu, food shared family-style. Italian, seasonal, by reservation. Locals fill the table first; email Pyrmont to lock in the next one.
