How does the Eat Ozzo staff discount work?
We set up one account for your company with the email domains your people use. Each staff member verifies once with a work email and a six-digit code, then carries a standing discount for six months — in the app, on the site, and at the counter in Pyrmont or Marrickville. The discount applies itself and still stacks with their loyalty points.
How much is the corporate discount?
It starts at 5% off every staff order from the first order and rises to 10%, 12% and 15% as your company's rolling twelve-month spend grows. Tiers, thresholds and discounts are set by Eat Ozzo and update automatically — your team never sees the tier or percentage, they just pay less.
Do you deliver office catering to Sydney CBD and the Inner West?
Yes. We deliver from Eat Ozzo Pyrmont across the Sydney CBD and from Eat Ozzo Marrickville across the Inner West — to your floor, not your lobby. Catering starts at a $350 order minimum with 24 hours' notice; delivery is $35 to the city and Pyrmont, $55 to the Inner West, and free once your company reaches the Silver tier.
Is there any cost or lock-in to set up a business account?
No. Setting up your company is free and there's no contract or minimum. It's about ten minutes on the phone once — your name, your email domains, your discount — and staff order and pay for their own meals at the discounted price. You only pay when you order catering.
Can staff still earn loyalty points with the discount applied?
Yes. The corporate discount stacks with Eat Ozzo loyalty — your team earns their usual points on every order on top of the standing discount, so there's no reason to keep two accounts.
