Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Cancel anytime in the app. Your subscription ends at the end of your current week.
What counts as one coffee?
Any single coffee drink — flat white, latte, cappuccino, macchiato, piccolo, long black, espresso or iced coffee, any size.
What isn't included?
Mocha, matcha, chai, hot chocolate and tea aren't part of the subscription. You can still buy them — just not at the subscription price.
How many coffees can I have in one day?
Up to two coffees per day, with a short gap between them so we can make each one properly.
Can I share my subscription with someone else?
No — the app account is personal to you. Each person needs their own subscription.
Where can I use it?
Both Eat Ozzo cafés — Pyrmont (Shop 22, 80 Pyrmont St) and Marrickville (Shop 4, 93 Chapel St).
What if I'm away or on holiday?
You can pause or cancel in the app and pick it up when you're back. No penalty.
What beans do you use?
Five Senses specialty coffee. Same beans we use across the menu.
Do I need the app?
Yes — the subscription is app-only. Download from the App Store or Google Play, subscribe in-app, order your coffee in the app, then show the order at the counter to collect.
What happens after the first free week?
You'll be charged $27 for the next week, and weekly after that, unless you cancel.
Can I refer a friend?
Yes — refer a friend who installs the app and you'll earn 50 points in your account, which you can spend at the till.

Is this the cheapest coffee subscription in Sydney?
At $27 a week with up to 11 coffees, the effective cost per cup is around $2.45 — well below the $4.50 to $6 you'd pay buying each coffee one at a time. There are cheaper subscriptions in Sydney if you're happy with chain coffee or single-origin filter only. Ours is the cheapest one where the beans are Five Senses specialty and the cafés are independent.
What's the difference between this and a coffee shop loyalty card?
A loyalty card rewards you for buying coffee — usually 10 paid, 1 free. The subscription is a flat weekly cost that covers every coffee you'd normally pay for, so you stop counting and start drinking. If you have 4+ coffees a week, the subscription beats any loyalty card we know of.
