In short
- From time to time we run a dice game: pay for an order while one is running and you get a roll of two dice, and a win comes back as credit in your Ozzo Wallet.
- The rules below are true of every game we run. The dates, the cafés, which orders count, who can play, the prizes and the odds are set for each game and published with it.
- So is what happens to a roll you never open: each game says whether it is rolled for you at midnight or expires.
- If a game is running now, its own terms are linked from the card in the app and from the order it belongs to.
Who is running this
Eat Ozzo is the trading name for two companies, one per café. The promoter for your roll is the company that runs the café you ordered from, and both apply these terms identically. Both are named in full below.

How the dice are decided
Our server draws both faces when you pay for the order, using a cryptographic random number generator, and stores the result against that order.
The result exists before you open the app, and we cannot change it: not after you roll, and not before. Rolling in the app shows you a result that has already happened.
The dice are never weighted, and no account is ever given better or worse odds than any other.
The credit
A prize is credit in your Ozzo Wallet. You can spend it on any order through the app or eatozzo.com, at either café.
The credit does not expire.
It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to anybody else.
If the order a roll was paid for is refunded or cancelled, the roll is void. Any credit it paid goes back out of your Ozzo Wallet, and any points it gave you are removed.
If you have already spent the credit, we do not ask for it back.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights always apply.
If something here does not match what the app or the café actually did, tell us and we will put it right.
Your information
Playing uses the account and order information we already hold. We record which order a roll belongs to, the faces drawn, and what was paid out, so the game can be audited and so your prize can be traced to the order it came from.
