In short
- Pay for an order through the Eat Ozzo app at Pyrmont and Marrickville while the game is running, and you get a roll of two dice.
- Win and the prize goes into your Ozzo Wallet as credit, which comes off your next order.
- The dice are drawn by our server when you pay, and nobody can change the result afterwards.
Who is running this
Eat Ozzo is the trading name for two companies, one per café. The promoter for your roll is the company that runs the café you ordered from, and both apply these terms identically. Both are named in full below.

When it runs
The game starts at 8:00 am on 7 November 2026, Sydney time, and runs until the prize pool is used up or we end it. We will say so here when it closes.
The game can end early. See “When it ends” below.
Who can play
You need to be signed in to an Eat Ozzo account and to pay for an order through the Eat Ozzo app at Pyrmont and Marrickville while the game is running.
Counter orders, orders placed as a guest, catering orders and orders through delivery platforms do not get a roll.
An order that costs nothing, and an order that used a Coffee Club coffee, do not get a roll either.
One roll per order. You can have up to two rolls a day, and further orders that day do not come with another one.
Staff of either company may play. Their rolls are drawn by the same server, on the same odds, as everybody else's.
How you win
Roll two ones and we credit your Ozzo Wallet with what you paid for that order, up to A$60.00.
“What you paid” means the order total after every discount and after any Ozzo credit you spent on it, and before tip and card surcharge.
Any other roll does not win credit.
A roll that does not win credit earns 5 Ozzo points instead, added to the loyalty balance held against your phone number.
Your chances
Two fair, six-sided dice. Every one of the 36 possible rolls is equally likely.
Your chance of winning is 1 in 36.
How the dice are decided
Our server draws both faces when you pay for the order, using a cryptographic random number generator, and stores the result against that order.
The result exists before you open the app, and we cannot change it: not after you roll, and not before. Rolling in the app shows you a result that has already happened.
The dice are never weighted, and no account is ever given better or worse odds than any other.
The credit
A prize is credit in your Ozzo Wallet. You can spend it on any order through the app or eatozzo.com, at either café.
The credit does not expire.
It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to anybody else.
If the order a roll was paid for is refunded or cancelled, the roll is void. Any credit it paid goes back out of your Ozzo Wallet, and any points it gave you are removed.
If you have already spent the credit, we do not ask for it back.
If you never open it
Your roll has to be played on the day you paid for the order. A roll left unopened expires at midnight that day: it is not rolled for you, nothing is paid for it, and it cannot be played afterwards.
Expired rolls stop counting against the game's prize budget.
When it ends
The game starts at 8:00 am on 7 November 2026, Sydney time, and runs until the prize pool is used up or we end it. We will say so here when it closes.
We also set a total budget for prizes. If there is not enough budget left to pay the largest prize the game can award, the game ends early and no further rolls are given out. Rolls already given out are still honoured in full.
We will never show you a card for a roll we cannot pay.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights always apply.
If something here does not match what the app or the café actually did, tell us and we will put it right.
Your information
Playing uses the account and order information we already hold. We record which order a roll belongs to, the faces drawn, and what was paid out, so the game can be audited and so your prize can be traced to the order it came from.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and how to have it deleted.
